Data Deletion Instructions

Effective September 28, 2026

You can remove MarketWell Labs's access to your accounts and have your data deleted at any time.

Remove access to Facebook and Instagram

1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
2. Find MarketWell Labs and choose Remove.

This immediately stops us from publishing or managing ads for your accounts.

Remove access to Google

1. Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions.
2. Select MarketWell Labs and choose Remove access.

Remove access to WordPress

In WordPress, go to Users → Profile → Application Passwords and revoke the password you created for MarketWell Labs.

Ask us to delete your data

Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and the business name or account you want deleted. We will:

• delete stored access tokens right away;
• delete your business profile, photos, generated content, ad performance data and reports within 30 days;
• confirm by email when it's done.

We may keep limited records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices. Content already published to your social accounts or website stays there, because it belongs to you. You can delete it directly on those platforms.
